Review fails to catch all errors

The review is lacking in the area of Foreign Taxes and electronic filing of Form 8949. Still required mailing copies of forms.

Turbo tax seems harder to use than previous

Several times I had to refer to outside documents and resources to address questions turbo tax would raise. Similarly in the review section it referred to specific tax form lines with little or no information about what the topic was... for example "line 17 part b or c must have a value"

Much easier than trying to learn Tax code

I don't want to learn all of the changing tax code on my own. plus I like the how likely are you to be audited rating and the audit defense option.

Turbo tax is great

Love the soft ware but this year they put a useless tool bar on the bottom of the display that was more of a nuisance than any thing, it blocked my view making it more difficult to navigate the program

Turbo Tax is amazing

Shelly was amazing and helped us with our taxes with our 1099 NEC, and we had another lady last night with my parents taxes and her name was Tay was working with us for 4 hours and she was amazing and went above and beyond to help us.
