Tried another brand of tax software last year and ended up with delays due to having to provide follow-up info to the state. Also TT is SO much more intuitive than the other one to use.

Once I made one mistake, then I was not able to delete the 'Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion' block on my income section!

I expected taxes to be difficult this year after hearing some others experiences with changes and new requirements. Wow! I buzzed right through just like every year since I started using Turbo Tax. Thanks for once again handling everything smoothly.

Everything went wrong

Erroneous previous year investment accounts appeared, unclear info on application of conversion iras, insisted my husband had a blank w-2 when he is retired and had none, and asked for investment info that was not available. I will not use this program again!

Trusty Product with Small Annoyances

I have used TurboTax for a number of years and it has proved to be a great product with commendable live support. That being said, there are small annoyances like not being able to do "control+F" to find words on a page, no one-click contact customer support, having to re-enter credit card and bank account information, and sometimes the inability to avoid mailing in forms.
