Still excellent but some persistent bugs live on

It was easy to do my returns and I have the highest confidence in the quality of my submission. Purchased Audit Defense again - another great product. Issues come from the website - the login process is cryptic and navigation goes WAY beyond weird.
In the application this year like last the screen where you enter Doctor, dentist, chripractor and accupuncturist expenses would not allow me to enter any numbers. It displayed "$0" and I could not enter a character, clear the field or anything. VERY annoying. Repetition of rote questions during the login/checkout process shows room for improvement.

Turbo Tax is a great way to process and file taxes

Year after year Turbo Tax is a great way to enter your tax information and subsequently file it on-line, view E-File. If you are unsure of any of your tax data to be entered, then use the complete Walk Through method in order to be asked all the questions. To ensure accuracy, double check each entry before moving on, rather than trying to come back later and review what you just entered. You can still come back, but it's easier to validate your entries the first time. Also, avail your self of the Help screens if you are unclear of certain items.

I do understand that taxes have become more complicated. I've used Turbo Tax for years. This year many explanations didn't cut it. Hope you do better next year.

I enjoy using TurboTax but I would have appreciated filing my State Return for free with the Home/Business Program that I purchased. If I filed electronically there would have been a charge of $25.00

TurboTax is better than my Wife's CPA

TurboTax was better than my new wife's CPA. At 1st I had my wife's CPA do our joint taxes, but he missed too many deductions and credits compared to the detailed interview on TurboTax. We are both self-employed, sold a rental house former primary residence within that tricky 2 of 5 year test, have a disabled adult son, Solo 401(k)'s , sold stocks, ect, TurboTax was also great for what it planning scenarios. Having detailed control over my taxes, also helps me keep detailed control over my budget too.
