Couldn't e-file a Form 4868 extension

That is a major flaw. I like TurboTax Home & Business very much, and would have given it a five star rating had I been able to e-file a Form 4868 extension through it. All you can do though Home & Business is fill out a 4868 through the program and print it out for a paper filing.

I've always been satisfied with TurboTax's flexibility to prepare my taxes in a way that works for me. Not all of us are organized enough to just prepare our taxes in a rigid, linear fashion.

TurboTax totally met my expectations. Was pleased that the electronic filing app let me correct a few errors before filing, instead of refusing to file returns with a few little errors.

Helps you navigate the unbelievably complex system

TurboTax does a great job walking you through everything, for your business and personal income, expenses, and deductions, as well as your investments (small as mine are.) It removes the need for an accountant unless you have a lot of complicated setups. I've been using them for several years now and it's been great every time.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
