TURBO TAX IS VERY HARD TO USE ONCE A YEAR.

Turbo Tax could be more intelligent.

I think Turbo tax should have built-in AI, currently, I do not feel that is it state of the art.

I've used Turbo Tax for many years at this point and, while I do like it and will use it again next year, trying to gather all the detailed information that is required requires lots of patience, at least for me.

TurboTax does everything I need it to do. All I have to do is input the data and it does the rest. I highly recommend it.

Surprises that TT threw without much explanation

I have been using TT now for almost 20 years. Shouldn't it have everything about my previous taxes and be able to calculate everything?? I ran in to a situation where I had a personal car that was for business use and I traded it in. TT had minimal instructions as to how to recapture some of the depreciation. It took me hours to track down info from previous TT printouts to complete this.
