Turbo tax format seemed to have changed this year

Had problems with some K-1 entries. Finally completed everything after reviewing the form from beginning to end to find how to enter a necessary description.

Left some blanks unfilled due to program problem

I have used turbo tax for more than 15 years. Have always trusted the program. This year the program failed to transfer certain numbers from Federal to state. Federal w-2 showed all income earned in Alabama. When transferred to state form the program changed one w-2 to out of state and did not fill in a spot on the form leaving it blank. When reviewed no error was found. Electronically filed tax returns federal accepted State rejected. Program told me where error was but as to help correcting the problem none was given. I had to find the related page and guess what was omitted and fill in blank. Hoping I got it right. Big disappointment from the company I trust. Trying again.
