Does taxes well but...

This was a very trying year with the TurboTax software. Installation, and filing were not up to your usual standards. It appears that glitches abounded this year. Lots of normal, seemly insignificant stuff was not working properly. I should know, I have used TT for years and this was by far the worst. As far as doing my taxes, no problem, but getting everything to sync was a big problem.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Great continuity in uploading previous years. Makes it so easy! Just walks you through the process and before you know it, you're done!

Great for my Real Estate Rental Business

This year I wanted to do my taxes myself. I looked at reviews on the best product for a person with rental properties and TurboTax looked to be the best. During the process I needed to ask a very detailed question so I was able to ask a tax expert on the phone. She understood my questions and helped me feel comfortable with what I was doing.

Called Turbo Tax 2 times and talked with people who were very competent. They answered all questions. That is the reason I have been using Turbo Tax for over 15 years.
