better than the rest but still average

On any other website, fields would be automatically populated, Name and address, that stuff is filled in already and at the end of the return, I have to manually enter it again to pay by credit card? There is no option to use all the data i have previously entered. Also it has a hard time pulling data from previous year, even though its on the computer. And there is no option to undo the most recent entries. Its clunky, asks unintelligent questions(ie don't ask about possible deductions if my income is too high) and i can't believe google hasn't made a competing product. also entering this review was also not easy. Took me 5 minutes to create a "nickname"

This software holds you hostage as part of their business model. Really leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Thorough process but app speed often chokes

As usual, TT provides a thorough interview. The app code seems very old as I often get a spinning beach ball due to in my estimation poorly coded software. I get the feeling Intuit is being cheap when they need to rewrite the app in modern code.
