Turbo Tax is reliable

Turbo Tax seemed to be more user friendly and was more sensitive to my specific needs, i.e. prompting me for specific sections relevant for me. I am concerned that I am missing out on better decisions related to my taxes that would save me more money. What I am looking for is a program that covers all options that benefit me based on its understanding of current tax law and the personal information I have entered.

Filing our taxes was easy to follow with very little error for making a mistake. It steps you through your taxes and compared what was file 2019 to what I entered for 2020

Turbo tax extra state returns is excessive

Forms work but 45 dollars to get and 25 to file additional states I have to file in 3 states. TN is only 2 pages $70 for my home state is more than I pay for the Federal and one state.
Consider lowering the rates for extra states and rate to file them.

The prompts for error corrects at the end of process did match the boxes that were to be corrected. For exaple the verbiage stated correct box 14C but had box 16 showing as the one to correct. Very confusing and not what I expect from Turbo tax.

Great Product for Tax filing for anyone, but bugs*

This is definitely great product compared to H&R, TaxSlayer etc and I am using this product for my tax filing for few years now. I wish TurboTax team take bugs seriously to avoid their customers to file amendment tax returns which is not an easy part especially with amendments to State Returns,
