TurboTax is NOT the Quality it used to be

I've used TurboTax for over 20 years and recommended it to others. However, TurboTax is not keeping their product updated. One example is that TurboTax failed to reflect the June 15, 2021 filing and payment deadline for all Texas residents. Instead they just show a May 15, 2021 deadline for everyone. This is misleading, and just plain lazy on TurboTax's part. Another example is when you click on their Support link at the top of the page it takes you to a site that says it is no longer active and has moved. It instructs you to go to another site. Makes you wonder if you are being scammed. Why not correct the link with one of the many updates that are pushed through instead of sending us to an old site?
This is not the same quality product I have relied on throughout the years!

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It makes doing your taxes easier and less stressful. The key is to be organized and have your number ready prior to using the software.

Turbo Tax makes it easy and walks you through the process. They find deductions that I may miss otherwise.
