Turbo Tax is the gold standard of tax software

It's easy for none tax professionals to complete their taxes. When I needed help I got a tax specialist to figure what was wrong, not a level one support, and the issue was resolved. In all the years of using turbo tax, I never had tax problems.

Peace of mind, and saving tons of money

I did not find a place that used the term "Spousal IRA" where a working spouse can put contributions in a non-working spousal IRA. We opened one and made the deposit yesterday. But I could not find the term in your program, and wasn't sure where to enter it, since my husband is self employed. The other challenge I had was that the software kept assuming we wanted to do a Maximum Deferral for Self Employment tax. We did not. I used the search tool and found others asking the same question. There were suggestions on how to delete a specific form and begin again for that section. That seemed to do the trick. Thank you.

First time really disappointed with Turbo Tax

Due to refinancing a mortgage, I had to use a workaround to get Turbo Tax to calculate correctly. If I didn't understand taxes too well, there is no way that I would have been able to use it. Turbo Tax needs to pay attention to all of the changes and make this application easier to use. Spent many hours on the tax return this year.
