Not as user friendly as every single year before

I've used Turbo Tax forever, possibly the late 80's or early 90's, whenever I first got a computer. This is the first time I ran into a glitch and went into panic mode. After completing everything, it ran a review, came up with info needed on a certain schedule. It asked for the total wages to be entered on line 11 of that form...I wasn't sure if that meant the wages listed on the 1099 form or the adjusted gross income from the tax forms. This was such a specific question that I wanted to chat with someone (like on the commericals, LOL). However I did not see anywhere to open a chat with a live person. That needs to be made much easier to do. I wound up trying my 1099 wages; the system took the wages, and did not change the amount that I owed, which was a good thing I hope. I was disappointed that the system did not autofill either the 1099 wages or the AGI, or that it did not give an easy explanation of what exactly I needed to enter. That seems to be a glitch. Not a good feeling.

Gets Better Every Year

I started using TurboTax not too long after it was developed. It gets better every year and thats saying a lot.

I've been using TurboTax for years! Love the thoroughness of the questions and how it picks up on any possibly incorrect information, so it can be fixed before filing. Also love the Audit Risk thermometer!

Great product

The product makes filing very easy. It imports information from previous years and check for any changes in status. The Profit or loss from business or profession works extremely well for my consulting work.
