TurboTax USED TO BE AWESOME, but not this year!

TurboTax experts were all very cordial and helpful. However, this is my 3rd year using Turbotax Home/Office and there were many, many, many annoying quirks, such as: TurboTax NOT saving information I input, TurboTax making it hard for me to input the specific business deductions I am accustomed to filing such as studio rent, storage rent... I am going to re-think whether I will use Turbo-Tax in 2021. I am very sorry to say this. I really loved TurboTax UNTIL this year.

Turbo Tax is good

Turbo Tax is good if you are an experienced user and have been using TT for some years. I would not recommend the Business version to novices. In some cases you need to switch to the forms as the Step by Step does not provide some of the key in fields. Over all it is much better than trying to do taxes manually, but I found myself checking carefully even after the system check was run.
