Had a hard time finding the product that I wanted until I talked to customer service and she emailed me the link to the product that I didn't show up on the website. After that was a whiz...I would like the option to to straight to filling out the forms instead of all the questions that are asked initially.

TURBO TAX HAS BEEN AN OUTSTANDING PRODUCT FOR ME AND MY FAAMILY TO USE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS. I LOVE HOW EASY THE INTERFACE IS AND THE ABILITY FOR THE PROGRAM TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ANYONE WHO COMPLETES THEIR OWN TAXES- BY THE WAY, IT SAVES A TON OF MONEY!

easy and simple

Once I pick the package we need, Home & Business, turbo tax asks me the questions and I answer them from my receipts. as simple as that. Easy peazy! so 5 stars for that BUT to efile my state taxes it costs so they lost a star. We pay money for the package, less than an accountant but still... I feel the 1st or only state should be free with the purchase of a turbo tax package.so minus 1 star for that. the service is great.
