download works better than CD

Just a little problem

Have had to go into forms and enter bank info for direct deposit of State of Michigan and City of Detroit for the numbers to show up on the state form.

The App is so much worse than the website

The app is cheaper than the website for some reason and allows for multiple users, so I went this route this year. It poorly syncs with the website. I had to manually enter so much old information from previous years that it became stressful. The app is also poorly streamlined so if you revisit an old section to change something, it prompts you to go through the subsequent steps all over again. It's obnoxious. App needs a huge overhaul to make it more like the website. It's sooooooo bad.

It's ok, sometimes confusing/time consuming

Really confusing with the QBI worksheets. Read there may be a glitch on an online blog. I hate when Turbo tax takes me to a picture of the worksheet/form and asks me to fill in information. I'm not a tax professional, shouldn't that stuff be filled in for me? Ugg, so frustrating.
