turbotax is ok

sometimes there are bugs in TurboTax that does not update the cover sheet. However, the overall return is accurate.

TurboTax is almost perfect

I understand the cost for the main product (if you have any situation that makes your taxes even a little bit complicated), but I dislike needing to pay to electronically transmit my state taxes. That is ridiculous. I know I don't need to pay. I can print it out and send it myself. Or I can download it and electronically transmit it myself for no cost. But I'd rather use all one app for everything.

Fine as always except the apparent glitch regarding receiving a W2c. Found a lot of users got this message and discovered it was a Turbo Tax glitch which apparently was not fixed as of 05/12/21

Turbo Tax cannot fix a software bug for months

I have been using TurboTax for years. This year, I have spent numerous hours trying to e-file and getting a message that using the simplified method for FTC prevents e-filing. I have done this every year, but not 2020. It is supposedly an Intuit known issue, but has not been addressed and fixed.
