Really a GREAT way to do all my taxes

Program works wonderful - that is until I get to the end and try to efile the State Taxes. I see my credit card was charged for $25 instead of the $20 it said it would cost. Then after paying that (and seeing it on my MC account) it goes back to saying "How do you want to pay. That stinks. You need to fix the payment section.

Second year in a row - Turbotax update problem!

Not good - This is the second year in a row that I have had to troubleshoot the problem with Turbotax not updating - it waits for the Windows Installer, thus you never can get an update when running the TTax program. You would think by now that the company would have solved this annoying and time consuming problem. I had to download a special manual Turbotax update program and turn off the Windows Installer service in order for Turbotax to finally update - what a pain after spending $79 for the software. Come on Intuit - get your act together!
