Fairly straight forward, I am a salaried employee. However, my wife is a Real Estate Broker. Used to pay an accountant to complete my taxes, but Turbo Tax is fairly straight forward.

I really like the easiness and well documented way to use Turbo Tax. I felt that the application really helps normal people in the preparation of their tax returns. It has very insightful information and help to make a decision as to what is applicable in each case. I just love the product.

QBI passive operating loss difficult to calculate

I've used Turbo Tax in the pass with great satisfaction but this year was not good. I wish TurboTax would have calculated my QBI for me.

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. Features and options for using Turbo Tax are clear and straight forward. The program is always up-to-date with the latest filing requirements. To be honest, it has been the real reason I've had the courage to prepare my own returns over the years. I know they'll hold my hand as I work though the process and they'll back me up after I've filed. Thanks Turbo Tax - another year - another great job.

Turbo Tax is not intuitive

In TT's desire to facilitate the filing process it has created unnecessary complications. Sometimes the complex worksheets are totally unnecessary but TT insist you put a number into the worksheet instead of directly on a form. Backtracking to determine where the number arose is a complicated process. After 15 years of TT it is tmne I exzplore other options.
