Turbo Tax 2020 has lots of bugs

so far a simply return abended for no reason after answering no to a question and after reentering all of the info again, it won't let me save it and therefore won't let me e-file.

Rating Good But Could Be Better

I had difficulty with Schedule C, K-1. Finally found the work around. Update froze and would not finish. Deleted the program and downloaded to my PC a second time, this allowed me to update.

Turbo Tax is exemplary

Turbo Tax has every thing that is needed to file the federal taxes. It gives the option to walk you through the steps for each category or the freedom to fill out the categories yourself and file the tax return electronically. It even helps with state taxes. I like the customer service that is available in case you have questions on a specific item.

had to delete and reload entire program again. turbo tax has problems with mac.
