Multi-year user, program keeps getting better

I started using TurboTax when I was a personal finance journalist and reviewed several of the tax prep programs. Turbo came out on top, and I've been a committed user since, even as my return has become more complex. Nothing can make our situation (one self-employed, one with complex benefits, both with complicated retirement plans) simple--but TurboTax Home & Business helps us keep it all under control.

Turbo Tax Better Prior Years

Turbo Tax was more difficult to use and file returns this year. Several returns had to mailed in although I had paid for state returns to e-filed. Not very happy this year with the 2020 Tax return information used to file. I am not as comfortable filing the 2020 returns

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBOTAX FOR BUSINESS FOR ABOUT 8 YRS. THIS YEAR I HAVE STARTED HAVING DOUBTS. THE UPDATE ISSUE IS A REAL HASSLE AND CONSUMED ALOT OF MY TIME TRYING TO WORK AROUND THE ISSUE. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THIS WITH THE MONEY I SPEND ON THE PRODUCT. I WOULD NEVER TREAT MY CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND EXSPECT THEM TO RETURN.
