Turbo Tax Home and Business - some forms are not intuitive. The program asks for key information to be filled in to actual forms, even though we answered the questions in the review.

Absolutely love Turbo Tax Software!!

I've used TurboTax since 2005 and love it's ease of use and flexibility. I love that it allows me to see instant results from different options for reporting earnings,etc.

Good but needs improvements

More tips and details on information are needed. Wasn't sure what to answer in all areas and when you are taken to the website it should take you directly to what you have questions on. It takes you to the main site which is extremely annoying.

Turbotax guides me through the whole process, it's do easy! I just need to make sure all documentation is neatly piled on the table before I start. Then it's easy peasy!

Turbo Tax use to be better

It use to be much simpler to use. Also when paying for extras it makes you put in info , then as you go on you have to go back to the exact same page to pay again then you have to re enter the pay info again
