Needs some work

Not enough instructions on a section. Unable to find answers to questions. Each year it seems a harder to follow the forms flow. Charging to file state returns after purchasing Turbo Tax, I can understand a fee to file if the free version is used. Overall the quality seems to go down each year.

TurboTax is Reliable

I had a problem with the last software update, a Microsoft 1648 installer issue, and had to remove and reinstall TurboTax and then e-File finally worked. This is thge firest time I ever had any issues with Turbotax

used for years - problem with payment of state

Product asks for state filing fee to come from credit card ($40 surcharge) or from the refund. It would not allow me to take a direct debit from bank account. In the end they only took the $25 from credit card and no surcharge. VERY CONFUSING.
