1099-Q earnings inclusion in total income faulty

Had to delete 1099-Q and 1098-T after answering all questions laboriously. No reporting required/Tax liability if qualified withdrawal, and yet 529 plan earnings erroneously reported as part of total income. An unsatisfactory experience.

TURBO TAX 2020 MAXIMIZED MY REFUND!

I have been using Turbo Tax for decades to pay as little in taxes as legally possible. 2020 was a very unique year for my family (and yours) and Turbo Tax came through maximizing my Federal and State tax refunds.

Easier than I thought

I have using a CPS for the last 20+ years, this year at the advice of close friend, I tried turbotax....Although I was hesitant, it was thorough and walked me through the entire process. I can't believe how much I spent each year paying a CPA. Turbotax is the the way to go. I would highly recommend it.....

Taxes are always my worst days of the year! I hate doing them. We have been using TurboTax for almost as long as it has existed (MacInTax before that) and without it, our pain would be 100x worse. We've never had a problem with audits except the year we retired, which is always a difficult year to get taxes right. You can't even get the time of day from an accountant for the cost of TurboTax -- same for Audit Defense. Our only complaint is how the stimulus payment was handled -- it was not well explained for our case, since we got just a small amount ($93) when apparently we were entitled to more.

Says state is free, but every year I pay. When I buy your product it states that state filing is free for one person. I even claim it at start filing taxes. But when I get to the end it always says I have to pay to file my state taxes.
