Filling out tax forms in not difficult. What is a problem is trying to e filing those returns. How many times do you have to reenter information you already have!!!! Have next to you drivers license, (why do you need that!!!), routing number, account number whether or not that hasn't changed for years, last years income and then refund or payment amounts. Oh pin number and of course another credit card charge.

I had a problem and called the support line. The specialist was super helpful and warm and it was not an easy issue to solve. She got her supervisor on the line while she was on with me and they figured it out. Solved it, and that saved me $1100.

Turbo Tax is great. But the illustration can be simpler. Sometimes it is hard to understand the instructions from the help.
