Turbo tax is really straightforward and pretty easy for most tax situations. Occasionally you may have a question better answered by a professional, but for the most part, the program has it covered.

Problems with updating

I had some trouble with some updates that Turbo Tax had considered critical so it would not allow me to open my tax files that I had previously been working on until I got the updates done.

Hard to read

The print is too small for older eyes to read easily - and there is a LOT of reading to do. Seriously, would it kill you to use 12 point font instead of 8 point? At least a browser as the ability to enlarge the screen / fonts. Why can't you make that option available in your tax program for those of us who no longer have 20-year-old eyes. The help files on the side would be much more helpful with a larger and more readable font. A lot of research has been done on the most readable fonts for dyslexics and low vision people; have your programmers become acquainted with some of the research which is well-known to educators and web designers who follow the W3C guidelines for accessibility.
