TurboTax is Terrible

I am having a terrible experience. It is not letting me efile and it has taken several hours to complete all of these sections. It took me much less time completing paper returns. I would not recommend turbotax. It still is not letting me efile and this is extremely frustrating.

The product mostly functions as expected. I acknowledge that I couldn't figure out my taxes without it. There are periodic glitches (it would have been very easy to miss that it never checked for my identity protection PIN, took me a little searching to find where to put it in. And then the continuous upsells annoy me, especially asking for $25 to e-file my state return when the product comes with one free state (it doesn't mention that's only the prep, not the filing). Whenever I pass the filing page, it defaults the radio button back to e-file even though I already selected not to e-file.

Needs to coordinate questions when changes occur

Would recommend that when data from previous year's TT is imported and some info is changed, trigger questions as to why and direct user to relevant forms. When address changes, ask if residence was sold. If so, then explore 1099-S and form 8949 so taxpayer won't get a nasty letter for not reporting the sale, even if no taxes are due.
