TurboTax is helpful but incorrect description upon purchase. Purchase was supposed to include 1 free state return, however, I was charged $25 to file state

Turbo Tax is easy to follow & thorough.

I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 15 years. It's a software that's been easy to follow. My tax return is not that complicated but I still use the software so as not to worry about error in calculations and other tax related stuff that you might miss reporting..

Rather cumbersome at first. Had to repeat the income section the third time to understand how TurboTax data collection process was structured. Nonetheless, once understood, it was a smooth process

The Self-Select PIN method does not work

I paper filed last year without a 5 digit pin. IRS rejected my efiling 2021 telling me that the pin didn't match?
