Turbotax is not well constructed or nor clear.

The software construction is difficult to operate. Specifically the right hand scroll bar for multiple-form pages does not appear without tedious maneuvering with a mouse and patience. In preparing 2020 forms during the year 2021, turbo tax uses the phrases last year and previous year thus creating confusion between the 2019 and 2020 years. Please identify / discriminate with specific /intended years. I am using an iMAC.

Overall Turbo Tax is okay

Overall TurboTax does a fine job. However, this year they have definitely lowered their rating with me. Telling people that certain forms were not available for efile (looking at the 7202 here) when other softwares were efiling is inexcusable. Charging to buy for extra states and then charging to e-file states is inappropriate in my opinion.

I've used Turbo tax for over 10 years. I find it easy to navigate and it is all explained in laymen's terms. Filing is a piece of cake.

I've been using TurboTax for about 15 years now and STILL love it just as much as the first time. It is so easy to use. Can't say enough good things about it. I tell all my friends!

Will not purchase again

Once you purchase the TurboTax Home and & Business software...it should not charge you to efile state. Also program would not save....needed to re-enter information 3 complete time
