The last time I am using TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for two years to file my individual tax return. The 2020 return was rejected due to the wrong last year's AGI. I got the transcript from IRS stating that they don't have my return whereas the TT was stating that it has been processed. Now I have to lose my time trying to figure it out. Next year, I will pay a preparer instead of using TurboTax.

Why doesn't Turbotax already know my previous year AGI, and why not fill it in for me? Two years in a row I've had my return rejected because they said the AGI from the previous year wasn't correct.
