Turbo Tax, The Way To Go

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and have been very satisfied with my returns and refunds! I would highly recommend you purchase the Audit Defense Protection! It's been more than beneficial to me! Their personnel and tax experts have been more than helpful, courteous and professional all the time!

Turbo Tax is having some problems with Activation

I activated my software and I was able to start my return, I had to save my return while I find another document. when i went back into Turbo Tax it ask for a activation code again. when you enter your code again it does not work and it also counts as another activation when you only ativated the software once. i lost a lot of money last because of this problem.

Not as good as usual after last minute IRS changes

The handling of 1099 reports for contractors and rents for businesses was clearly rushed and buggy. It took several passes through it to get correct results. Instructions were incomplete.

Suggested Improvement Regarding 2020 Form 1040-SR

Love the product. I would have rated it 5 stars except for Form 1040-SR. My return needed to have this form completed to get a tax credit from the unreceived stimulus checks. I was disappointed that the final review process did not force me to review the worksheet associated with this issue. Naturally, the appropriate line on the form is blank by default which is ok because it would generally not apply to all users but would likely be missed by many filers without be asked to review the issue. Also, the help screen was not linked to the form when searched. Thanks.
