State return fees are ridiculous

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years. The State fees on this program are the worse I've ever seen. The fees took 3/4 of the refund. So, I am not happy with this year's program. Home and Business 2020

When it says free, its a lie

the state return was free, but yet when I electronically file, I was charged $65.00. Hoping to never use your product again
