i DONT LIKE THE UNEXPECTED EXTRA E FILE FEES! IF YOU HAVE 5 EFILES YOU SHOULD HAVE THE SAME NUMBER OR MORE OF EFILE STATES FOR FREE I ALSO NEEDED THE FREE HELP FOR AN ADUIT AND NEVER GOT IT.

I have used Turbo Tax for years for creating 1099's W-2 and schedule C small business tax returns as well as 1040's. It's always pretty simple and any problems that crop up area fixable in the help menu. This year...I actually had to use the call in help center to solve the problem. Once I got through about a 15 minute wait, they were very helpful, directed me on what to do and solved my problem in about 5 minutes or less. I'm quite happy to find the help was efficient and prompt.
