Turbo Tax is fairly simple to operate and navigate. I would recommend they put in a feature that give you a little more information to understand the impact of various key tax data inputs.

When difficult tax issues arise, TT is there to point way to the solution. For instance, I love the way you can flip back and forth between "Form mode" and "Interview mode". Sometimes it clarifies how to deal with a problem.
