I have a complicated tax situation that has prevented me from filing because its simple too much money for an accountant and to complicated to read all the instructions. Turbo Tax make its simple and make sure you miss no deduction or risk the chance of audit. Thanks Turbo Tax Great Job.

Huge problem with efile payment!!!!

I have used TT for many years however the 2020 TT has a huge glitch. I researched it online and there are numerous complaiints. The 2020 software is not compatible with newer laptops. First of all in order to download the software you need to change your display resolution. And secondly to pay for the efile you have to go through all your display resolutions to see which one works. I'm very dissatisfied since it has costed me many hours of trying to figure out how to be able to go around the issue.

I have always done my taxes by myself on turbotax. It is way cheaper than paying someone and takes the same amount of energy and time. It asks very specific questions so you can not get the answers wrong on your return.
