Tubo Tax is great. But, way too many questions. I wish the US Government would make it simpler. I have been a bookkeeper for over 40 years. I know what documents I need to keep to prepare the return. How does the average person do it. Turbo Tax makes it easy, it is our tax codes and allowed deductions that the average US Citizen can not deduct that makes it complicated. Thank you Turbo Tax for creating this program to help us.

Help used to be easier to access, particularly to get to a TurboTax expert. Also chat seemed to be more successful in the past.

Turbo Tax has worked for me for many years

I have never had an issue before but had an issue loading the state and the activation. I was able to work around them, but have never had to do so before. Other than that, the program is awesome.

Turbo Tax continues to update their system to keep pace with change laws. and to make it easier to use. The instruction are clear and concise, and the drop downs are informative and easy to understand

I am shocked with the 2020 turbo tax

I am not at all sure why this happened, but I ran final review 3 times, and all was fine, but myl return was rejected (as some information was missing form one form). I have used Turbo Tax for Decades and this has never happened before. it makes me unsure of the continuing quality.
