Too many bugs!! Very disappointed

I used the help forums and they were not helpful. I understand that there were many tax law changes that were late. I ended up having to calculate and enter directly on the worksheets because the questions for 401 K withdrawal due to Covid were doubled. It kept changing the amount and making the whole amount taxable if I answered both sets. Additionally, the transfer to Colorado state did not enter the exclusion correctly and I have zero confidence I will not be getting an audit notice or additional tax due. This last year was hard enough and your company did not live up to its history of being one to count on in tough times.

The added fees are so confusing

It says it comes with free state. Then at the end it adds a processing fee of $45. I go to pay for that with credit card, and then it's suddenly $25 and says it's to pay for state.
