Great product with a couple problems

Definitely enjoy using Turbotax. Four stars because of the following: First: Importing It's Deductible a second time to update my previously submitted deductions ended up causing my donations to more than double. The second import did not overwrite the previously imported, first import but instead added to it. This is the first year this happened. Had to manually delete the duplicates. Not sure why that changed from previous years. Second: Tried three times to e-file. Each attempt failed due to what was claimed to be "duplicate forms." The forms, however were not duplicated. The problem I see was that though the same dollar amount and Payer applied to both my wife and myself, yet ownership between us was properly annotated on my turbotax entries--one for me and one for my wife. Somehow the dollar amounts and Payer entries being exactly the same, took precedence over ownership.

Complicated Schediule D

My 1099 form transactions exceeded the allowable download number for TurboTax. This is an unacceptable limitation. I have over 3000 transactions that would not download. Now I have to copy all of my 1099 forms and mail them to the IRS. This is plain stupid!!!

The product works!

The last version in an effort to be easy to use sometimes has the opposite impact. The versions kept changing so I ended up doing the tax return several times because I would end up losing the file.

Need for more improvement!

Update program error and need to reinstall the entire program again for it to continue to work. Oklahoma State investment sales should by default exclude all sales and have filer choose only ones to include (which are fewer).
