Not as easy as usual

The 2020 edition was harder to use than all the many years' past editions I've used. A lot of info wouldn't transfer from last year's records as it should have and had to be entered manually. The option to use the one-time-only "e-file State now" was confusing because it really wasn't an option; it was the only choice. It wasn't made clear that the choice to not e-file State could be made later. I usually breeze through TurboTax, which is why I continue to pay the outrageous price for it year after year. I was just aggravated with the program this year.

Great product, occasion glitch for odd situations

Probably the only thing I didn't like is there is no explanation of itemized v. standard deduction. In retrospect, with the SALT cap, I didn't need to itemize but I could have skipped a lot of steps if they had mentioned it. It would have been as simple as saying, if you don't have $25K in qualifying deductions, don't bother with this.
