Turbo tax is easy to follow. If I didn't understand an item it was fully explained. I've used Turbo Tax for several years and will continue to do so.

Exit Interview

May be my last yr using TurboTax as Software does not allow footnotes or Statements that were needed for my return. Also, had to do an override because software interview did not allow entry of Misc Deduction to State Return. Plus TT likely charged my CC even though now I have to mail my State Return. Not Happy at All!
