Had difficulty loading TURBOTAX because you change requirement for a new operating system for my iMac. Would have been nice if You would have said that before I needed to use it.

After almost 20 years of using TurboTax and being very happy with it, this year was a complete mess! It would not transfer my 2019 info into my 2020 tax paperwork. The reason seemed to be that it would not let me log into my TurboTax Account. It would not accept my password. What a time trying to get all of the info into the tax progeram. I was using Home and Business CD.

The program runs well and is easy to work with. I would like to see "EXPERT" interactive live personnel on the phone to call and discuss a tax question. Please no robots trying to fix my problems.
