Been using TurboTax for years

The ability to have each income and deduction asked for makes using TurboTax a pleasure to deal with. In addition to filing our personal taxes, we are also able to file our business taxes simply and easily,

My federal efile return was three time rejected for minor error. Turbotax did same error again and again. Finally I had to file it by mail.

Communication problem with IRS

I've done 4 revisions of my return due to the fact that they keep getting rejected because two of my 1099 were for the same amount but slightly different addresses (the fund listed).
This is very sloppy and lots of people have complained about this problem. if it happens again I want my money back for the e-file difficult;ty. I just received notice that my 4th try failed and I will now have file by mail because I no longer trust this system

Easy Peasy

I have been using this program for years after leaving the employment of a CPA. It is the closest thing I have found to the professional programs my boss would use. The only drawback is that it does not show you what line of the tax form your input is going on until you have printed it out upon completion.

I hate doing TAXES. I love TURBOTAX

It's been my job for the last 33 years to do taxes for our family and my husband's business. I hate doing taxes. I've done them the old-fashion way with IRS forms and pen and paper. I've used other tax preparation software. And I still hate doing taxes. But TurboTax makes doing taxes easy. I simply answer all their questions and they guide me through the entire process. When I don't understand something, there's help available. That's why for the last 7 years, we have only used TurboTax. My husband knows it's much easier to live with me when I'm using TurboTax!

Good but there are wrong calculations on mortgage

It's convenient to use but there are wrong calculations on mortgage interest deductions. If I hadn't checked carefully and figured out how to work around it, there would be several thousands dollars overpaid tax. Hope this could be fixed asap.

Turbo Tax is Awesome!

I used to pay my accountant $650 to prepare my taxes, but I did all the work preparing the documents... Turbo Tax came to me just in time, 6 years no audits!
