Awful experience every year

Every year this program is filled with bugs, incomplete forms that you have to wait for and overinflated prices. The final insult is getting charged at the end to actually file your taxes after paying at the beginning already. I only keep using this because it contains features that the competition is missing.

Pricing questions

Free should mean free. Why do I have to pay to file a state return when I've never been charged for the Federal return? Don't tell me because its a "complicated" return. I already pay more for the Home & Business edition.
