Have used Turbotax for many years. It's convenient. Hope it provides more tips and background knowledge on Tax. A mobile phone app through which receipt and other documents can be scanned, saved and data extracted will be wonderful.

Great Support team to work through gaps

This year was as complex a tax season that I have experienced being an annual user of the TurboTax software. The support team was amazing aiding and navigating me through areas I was unfamiliar with.

Long time TurboTax user. Fix the problem with returns being rejected for duplicate 1099-Rs. My returns were rejected twice because my wife and I have the exact same information from the same financial institution on two separate 1099-Rs.
