No need to talk to tax expert this year. Seems like a lot of progress was made on the notes and popup help windows. Examples could use more work to cover wider range of situations ie...Schedule-K and Business section.
Lastly, it seems the tables in the donation section for charitable contributions has not changed at all in 10 years to help place a value on donated goods as well as the categories. That is the most time consuming area in Turbo tax in trying to deal with descriptions and terms that look like they have been around and not modernized in the last 10 to 15 years.

Turbo Tax is OK but needs some update

I have an account with you. I purchase the state software EVERY YEAR. The software that I have purchased is not listed in my account. WHY?? This must be fixed. Another issue is that you should show the final list of figures for all forms when done with each section. This is done on some. A real nice thing would be to show the last two years of figures for all the forms as well. This is only done for some. Lastly, more information should be shown up front if filling late that you cannot use E-FIle after a certain date. It is confusing when this is stated and then it give you an option to E-File. More logic should be added.

Best Invention Ever!!

I've been using Turbotax for 15+ years for Home and Business and have been Very Pleased! I have never had any issues or problems with IRS and always get the most out of my returns. There's also Audit reviews that help out alot. Thanks Intuit!!

Turbo Tax does its job but could be better

I have been using turbo tax for years and it is good for people with W2s I just started to be self-employed this year should provide more help to people who is self employed since we as consumer do not know tax laws and only could rely on Turbo Tax for filing their tax. You should also provide warning if the tax date due change or not change. If someone did not toll me State tax is still due the same date, I would have waited until 5/17/21 to file my tax. This is important as a feature for your program.

Turbo would not e-file my return 3 times

I tried to e-file my return 3 times, each time it said it was rejected by IRS it had a problem with AIG or ID pin and three times I went back to verify the numbers and refile my return and it was rejected by 3 times IRS. Frustrated and disappointed.
