Good but not great

Would love to say TT is the greatest product available for Home and Business tax preparation and filing. This is my 3rd or 4th season using TT. I opted to download the program last year to save money vs. TT online. worked great, but had to reenter a lot of data from the online version. This year I thought would be better. It wasn't. The software did not import all the data from last years' Home & Business 2019 software. I still had to enter more data than I felt is reasonable given I entered all of the same data last year. It is also discouraging that the same software is not used year-over-year. Still a good product for what is advertized.

A lot of issues

Had a hard time downloading, licensing was an issue, updates were an issues, had to go back and answer things that were not asked thru the whole process. overall the worst experience I have had with turbo tax.
