Quick and Easy

Love the fact that it updates itself with the previous year's information. Turbo Tax asks questions that are understandable and easy to follow. Love this program for about 10 years now.

Many changes and some are hard to follow. I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. This was the hardest to follow. Some sections have been deleted or changed.

Have used Turbo Tax for years. This time I did have a question. I was easily able to call a Representative (Sheila) who was amazing!!! Loved her and Turbo Tax.

install instructions were inaccurate for PCs - had many more steps - CD does NOT self start or load

I like the fact it is in an interview format. I tell me friends who pay accountants, My Turbotax can never miss anything because it is having a bad day.
