Great way to handle taxes.

Generally and over the program is helpful and well organized. The federal taxes go well. The NH state taxes are better, but still need improvement. This process is confusing and not accurate. I have to use tricks to make it work correctly.

Easy to use for simple returns. Go's through all the steps to make sure you don't miss anything. Fills in certain areas automatically so you don't have. Peace of mind when it double checks for errors or missing information. easy e-file.

Lots of ambiguous questions on the Softward

There were many ambiguous questions on your software, especially regarding business vehicle use. I don't know whether the answer is yes or no. Also, several parts and questions had inadequate explanation. In addition, the cardboard DVD envelope was terrible. I almost destroyed the DVD. Go back to the plastic case. What happened to your previous high quality?

Buggy

I experienced too many bugs with Turbo Tax this year. After going through the step by step questions, there were still many forms that were not filled out properly. The error checker takes you to blanks that require an entry with little guidance on what to enter. I would have been just as well off printing the forms from the IRS and doing taxes manually. If it wasn't for e-file, that is what I would do. The final straw was when I tried to pay for the state e-file, Intuit accepted my payment but did not relay that to the program. I had to reset Turbo Tax for the payment to be accepted. This is a minor inconvenience but is representative of the poor programing of this software. I will not be using or recommending Intuit products in the future.
