Good but needs two tweaks

Two feedbacks
Tell people on the Unemployment Page that $10,200 is exempt. I saw the credit and had no idea what it was and spent an hour reviewing my documents and searching the internet.
Tell people that if they elect to deduct the state fee from the refund that there is a $40 charge

It is useful and prettygood but it is not flexible

It is unintuitive when you can't save a return and know that you can just pick up where you left off when working and needing to come back to it.
Saving is unintuitive as well. If I want to save as a PDF and not print (saving paper is good) it does not make you feel that you're able to and that you are in control of your own return. Work on that and you'll have a very good product. As of this now it is average but useful.

Turbo Tax is the best tax return software

I use Turbo Tax software for over 25 years, It's a great software and reliable. I noticed this 2020 turbo tax includes lot of great information to assist me to find what kind of credit I might qualify also it provides lots of new rules came out during the COVID-19 situation. I learned a lot when I doing my tax return. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Turbo is great until there is a problem

Used Turbo for years. But when the IRS repeatedly rejects a return, even after fixing everything Turbo tells me to, all I can do is repeatedly get rejected. Turbo needs a feature that after several rejections automatically gives you what your options are.
