Turbo Tax was easy to do and better than last year

With the tax laws changing after 2020 year end,Turbo tax was up to date. The security at the end was good and the audit function was helpful especially correcting typos Thank You

Mostly a real help

I have used TurboTax for 20 years now. I appreciate being able to do my taxes with it and feel that they're accurate and complete -- but some things are not user friendly. I had a difficult time getting it to let me use my entire refund on this current years taxes due next year. When I made a correction, I couldn't get it to add the additional refund to that, so have to get that added refund direct deposited.

Still has some flaws not being able to cut & paste

Can't highlight anything on the page to cut and paste is a major flaw!!! We have two sole proprietorships and TurboTax in a lot of cases does not differentiate between the two in their wording in directions. Even this form only Looks at one business not even considering the possibility of more than one!!!

Correcting issues after review

Self Employed, asked to annualize AGI, and credits. Explanation on how to do this is very poor, particularly with response to annualizing line 18 on Form 2210 Sched AI. Use of term "credits" in this instance has no explanation!
