Turbo Tax works well!

Support really helped me when I was having issues getting Turbo Tax installed and operational. Easy to use and go back and forth to check all entries out.

Better than going to an office

Using this software took longer than I had hoped ... but ... its still faster than setting up an appointment and going an office to do the same thing, also cheeper.

state had problems

I made an error on the AZ state tax step by step. Program would not update the tax amount properly after I made the correction. Had to pull up the actual forms and make manual correction. Federal tax prep was easy and had no problems updating if I had to make a change.

please tell users they need to pay estimated taxes instead of just depending on seeing it when printed, as not everyone will print.
